Fire Chiefs Council of Suffolk County, recent articles of interest to Fire Chiefs. S.C. Chiefs attend C.F.S.I. The Suffolk County Fire Chiefs council attended the 2007 Congressional Fire Service Institute Dinner in Washington D.C. 107 Chiefs attended from Suffolk and Nassau counties. While there they attended seminars and networked with other Chiefs. A luncheon in their honor was given by Congress persons Tim Bishop, Steve Israel, Peter King and Carolyn Mc Carthy.
